On December 10, 2020, the New York State Police from the Brewster barracks arrested Maxwell D. Cleary, age 23, of Bethel, CT, for Public Lewdness, a class B misdemeanor.
At approximately 7:15 p.m., Troopers received a report of a male masturbating in a public parking lot on Route 22 in the town of Southeast. Troopers quickly patrolled to the area and located the described subject. Further investigation determined Cleary was performing a lewd act in public.
Cleary was issued an appearance ticket returnable to the town of Southeast Court on December 29, 2020, at 6:00 p.m.
