Bethel Police Drug Take Back Day on October 29!

Mark your calendars!

On Saturday, October 29th, the Bethel Police Department will be participating in a Drug Take Back Day organized by the Drug Enforcement Administration. The purpose of this event is to make our community safer by disposing of unused or expired prescription medications in a controlled manner, in turn preventing their misuse or abuse.

Medication drop off will take place at the Bethel Police Department, located at 12 Judd Avenue, and disposals will be received strictly between 10AM and 2PM (no submissions can be accepted outside this window).
If you plan to dispose of prescription medications, please be aware that we cannot accept needles or radioactive medications (typically utilized for the treatment of cancer) due to state regulations and the safety of our officers.
