- You must bring a valid New York State Driver's License, or government ID along with one (1) other form of proof of residency (Utility bill, tax bill, NO cable bills).
The ihealth at-home, self-collection kit is a viral test for SARS CoV-2. The anterior nasal swab is non-invasive and detects SARS-CoV-2 nucleocapsid protein antigen in 15 minutes.
A positive result on an at-home test means the virus has been detected and the individual tested should self-isolate and if symptoms become severe and/or require medical attention, speak directly with their healthcare provider.
