Brewster trounced Eastchester to complete their incredible 6-0 undefeated regular season. The Bears had for them a slow start to the game with the score at half 21-14.
They opened the 3rd quarter marching down the field on a three play drive that was capped off by a Jack Guida touchdown run. The Offensive Line lead by seniors Nick Leahy, Connor Dignan and Jayden Milano was IMMOVABLE, followed by the UNSTOPPABLE FORCE of a Guida and Terry backfield. Junior Tim Meissner split the defense later that quarter to take a pass by quarterback Jack Guida to the House. With the perfect regular season complete, the Bears take the second seed in the playoff standings, giving them home field advantage throughout the playoffs.
Brewster Bears play Byram Hills Bobcats Friday October 14th at 7 pm at Brewster High School.
