For over 20 years, Sinapi’s Ceola Manor has been a premier event location in the Northern Westchester Community. Whether it be a Wedding, Bar Mitzvah, Sweet 16, their famous Mother’s Day Brunch, or any other public event, Sinapi’s Ceola Manor has been an inspiring place for families to celebrate their most significant milestones of their lives. In fact, Ceola Manor is proud to announce their own milestone in the community. First Endeavor Inc., co-owned by Sundeep Gill, Jamsheed Pesina and Suleman Emmanuel, have recently purchased Sinapi’s Ceola Manor from the Sinapi Family. They are thrilled to introduce their re-branding to “Ceola Manor On The Lake”.
Ceola Manor reassures the community that this change in ownership will only improve the facility. The entire Ceola Manor staff has been retained and feel fortunate to have the addition of these new owners to provide them with fresh ideas and of course, the ability to enhance the overall Ceola Manor experience. Lou Sinapi, Managing Director, who has been involved in the business for 20 years, will still be in charge of running the daily operations. Rachel DiNardi, Event Coordinator of 14 years, is still here booking parties along with Event Coordinator, Erin Zucca. Head Chef, Isaac of 7 years, with Ceola Manor for 20 years total, will continue in his position preparing the delicious cuisine that our clients have grown to love throughout the years.
