Set on Boni-Bel Farm, the Country Store offers high-quality organic foods, homegrown fruits and vegetables, hand-crafted gift items and products from local farms and vendors, and Green Chimneys students!
Serving primarily as a vocational training site, the Country Store introduces Green Chimneys students to the operations and service functions of a retail store. Students are involved in all aspects including, customer assistance, product labeling and display, inventory, and sales. In their work with the Boni-Bel vocational program, students also learn how to grow and make products for customers to enjoy. Our most popular items are local, raw honey and the maple syrup made by our students.
