Putnam Family & Community Services, Inc. (PFCS) Announces New Alliance

 

Putnam Family and Community Services, Inc. (PFCS) is pleased to announce a partnership with Coordinated Behavioral Health Services, Inc. (CBHS), becoming one of the newest members of its Independent Practice Association. The association brings together local community-based agencies with the shared goal of providing exceptional care management and cost-effective services within a rapidly changing health care system.

“We are excited to announce our collaboration with CBHS and to begin our partnership with other organizations who share a common goal of providing quality, cost-effective health care to those in need,” said Diane Russo, Chief Executive Officer of PFCS. “The alliance allows us to join an impressive group of agencies and further our commitment to providing compassionate, individualized, and effective services to our community.”

PFCS looks forward to maintaining its long-standing connections within Putnam County and the surrounding area, and will continue to uphold its mission of partnering with individuals, families, and the community to foster hope and wellness. The highly trained PFCS staff will continue to provide the same array of services to address mental health needs, substance use, and social and emotional challenges.

CBHS, Inc. is a non-profit 501(3) membership organization of forward-thinking, community behavioral health and disability service providers in the Hudson Valley Region. It serves over 68,000 people, employs a staff of 6,000, operates a collective budget of $350 million, and is a founding member of the Hudson Valley Care Coalition (HVCC). 

Other members of the Independent Practice Association include: Abilities First, Access: Supports for Living, Inc., Crystal Run Village, Hudson Valley Mental Health, Human Development Services of Westchester, Mental Health America of Dutchess County, Mental Health Association of Rockland, Mental Health Association of Westchester County, New Hope Community, Putnam Family & Community Services, Rehabilitation Support Services, and Westchester Jewish Community Services.
