Thank you to all those that joined Zachary Schwartz and his ZACC ATTACK (Zach Attacks Childhood Cancer) Relay for Life team on Sunday, May 20th, at Spins Bowl in Carmel. Together the event raised over $1,600 for the American Cancer Society through bowling participants, 50-50 sales and generous donations. The sports-themed event felt like a grand slam when HH Wells principal, John Clark, showed up giving his donation and support to the team!
Brewster’s Relay for Life community event will be held the weekend after Memorial Day on Saturday, June 2nd beginning at 5:00 p.m. at the Brewster High School track. At Relay For Life, teams of people take turns walking in order to raise money for cancer research, patient support, and other essential programs. Games, raffles, food and additional opportunities to support this event happen throughout the evening until midnight.
