American Heart Association honors Judge Reitz at Putnam Heart Walk Kick Off Breakfast

THE AMERICAN HEART ASSOCIATION invites you to attend the  PUTNAM HEART WALK KICK-OFF BREAKFAST.

 This year the American Heart Association honors The Honorable Judge James F. Reitz who's sudden passing from a heart attack has deeply impacted the Putnam County community. Please join us to honor Judge Reitz, learn the steps you can take to improve your health and the health of those you love, as well as how you can bring the mission of the American Heart Association to life in your community.
