If you are not familiar with Much Ado About Nothing, here’s a few things you should know about our version: Leonata is the owner of the Hotel Messina and manages the place with her sister Antonia, daughter Hero, niece Beatrice, assisted by Balthazar, Margaret, and Ursula. Their old friends Don Pedro and Benedick are returning back from their tour of duty, accompanied by Claudio, who falls in love at first sight with Hero. Benedick and Beatrice have vowed never to fall in love or marry, so naturally their friends hatch a plan to trick these two into realizing they’ve been in love with each other all along. Meanwhile, Don Pedro’s vengeful sister, Don Jane, and her cronies Conrade and Borachio, are determined to cause havoc and plot against the young lovers. With the “cunning” detectives Dogberry and Verges on the case, and Friar Francis cooking up a scheme, this tangled web of deceit begins to unravel and, well… you’ll just have to see how it all shakes out…!

Featuring: Kym Smith as Beatrice, Matthew Henshaw as Benedick, Phil Pineau as Claudio, Sam Steere as Hero, John Isabella III as Don Pedro, Laurel Lettieri as Leonata, Gina Stanton as Margaret/Verges, Amanda Booth as Ursula/Dogberry, Joe Coppola as Don John, Nick Tuosto as Balthazar, PJ Mansfield as Borachio, Diane Preston as Conrade, Anna Fazio as Antonia, Ken Shelby as Friar/Sexton, Christopher Moser as Watchman 1, and John Isabella Jr. as Watchman 2
