Come watch the Chefs at work. Paul and John Aversano will be creating and teaching some of your favorite tastes of Italy. There will be plenty of food tastings as they show us step by step how to create these dishes with the help of our attendees. Sponsored by the Rotary of Southeast, this fundraiser will also include raffles to benefit multiple local charities.
