To help those who have been financially affected by the COVID-19 public health emergency, Putnam County Government and the United Way of Westchester of Putnam have organized for food to be available for pick up on from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Thursday, April 2, 2020 in the parking lot of Putnam County’s Donald B. Smith Campus, 110 Old Route 6, Carmel, NY 10512. The service is free and no ID or financial information is required.
