Virtual KMA The Gala 20/20 (Re)Vision will include newly choreographed dance performances by Megan Williams collaborating with Réka Echerer, Minga Prather and Michael Wang. Williams notes, “My dance collaborators and I will be physically responding to the potent work currently at the Museum as well as luxuriating in its natural surroundings…”.
 
Julliard trained Megan Williams has toured internationally with Laura Glenn, Ohad Naharin and Mark Haim. She was also a member of the Mark Morris Dance Group, has taught dance at the Conservatory of Dance at Purchase College, SUNY and was a DanceNOW Commissioned Artist
 
Auction Highlights:
Bid on a private yacht excursion to Long Island Sound with captain Tim van Biesen and host Vida Foubister, KMA Board President. Enjoy a sail on the Charter Klee Wyck, a private 45-foot sailing yacht (a model 2018 Hanse 455) named after Canadian artist Emily Carr. Choose a custom itinerary for up to six people, to include either a day sail with a stop for a swim and lunch or a sunset sail paired with wine and cheese. Departure from the American Yacht Club in Rye. Sailing is weather dependent. Date and time to be coordinated for October 2020 or summer 2021.
