THE GREAT PUMPKIN DECORATING EVENT!
Covid-19 may have altered the way we do things, but we haven’t let it defeat us here at Kent Recreation! That’s why we’re excited to be bringing you the 2020 Great Pumpkin Decorating Event… Socially Distanced edition!
Children of all ages are invited to come out and paint pumpkin with us at Edward Ryan Memorial Park (sorry, no carving in this event). It’s $10 per participant, which covers decorating supplies, a pumpkin and a snack pack.
To keep the event safe we will be giving each family unit (or social distancing group) their own picnic table and those tables will be set 6 feet apart from one another. While at tables guests do not need to wear masks, however masks are required when moving about. Furthermore, all guests will be temperature-checked at arrival.
Please note that because of this new format, all spots will be filled first come, first served. To allow for proper planning we are unable to hold spots without payment and registrations will not be taken the day of the event.
Sunday, October 4th Time Slots: 11:00a, 12:30p, 2:00p at the Edward Ryan Memorial Park Pavilion.
Ages: Kids 0-99! Fee: $10 per participant This event will take place rain or shine.
