4-H Healthy Choices:
Monday, July 19 – Thursday July 22 from 9:30 to 11:30 am in Brewster, NY.
Youth ages 8-14, are invited to register for a 4-day, morning program to help youth learn to make healthy choices and live healthier lifestyles. Participants will make & prepare healthy snacks & meals, learn how to read food labels and also how to re-think their drink. Participants will engage in daily fun-fitness activities designed to get kids excited about taking care of their bodies. This program is based off Cornell University’s Choose Health Curriculum.
This program will be held both in and outdoors, in-person and will follow all NYS Health Department COVID Guidelines.
