The Board of Trustees and the staff of the Brewster Public Library hopes that you'll be able to join us this Saturday, September 18th, at 11:00am, for our Grand Re-opening Celebration!
It's been so nice to welcome our patrons back into the library after such a long period of construction, and we're excited for you to celebrate with us. We'll be meeting in the Gold Lot for a Ribbon Cutting Ceremony with the Brewster Chamber of Commerce along with local dignataries followed by refreshments in our new Community Room.
In order to observe social distancing protocols, staff members will be on hand to lead small group tours through the library and answer any questions you may have. Please note, masks are required in the building regardless of vaccination status.
While you wait for your tour, be sure to visit Danielle in the backyard for a fun activity! Paint a rock to leave in our "garden," or take it home with you.
On Sunday, our Friends group will be holding a book sale in our backyard. While you're at the Fall Festival, be sure to stop by and peruse the awesome deals on gently used hardcover and paperback books and DVDs! The Friends of the Brewster Library is a non-profit organization, and all proceeds benefit the library.
