Over 35 chef stations, restaurants as well great cooks, will once again impress the room with a tasting, buffet style, of their specialties ranging from appetizers to entrees, side dishes, and of course great desserts. Besides the wonderful selection of food, guests enjoy the “bring your own bottle” policy that has become a staple of this event.
Located at the Starr Ridge Banquet & Conference Hall in Brewster, New York Seats are $70 each. The dress code is very casual so you can enjoy the evening without the hassle of what to wear. And, there is no check, tax or tip at
the end of the evening. There will be unique live auction and silent
auction prizes, but there will also be penny social type packages that can be won by dropping a ticket in a basket. At the end of the evening, a lucky ticket holder in the audience will be the winner of a $1,000.00 grand prize (raffle & grand prize tickets must be purchased at the event as they are never pre-sold). All monies raised at this event by Patterson Rotary goes to local not-for-profits and worthy organizations in the tri-county area as well as scholarships and aide for hands on events we participate in.
