Kids’ Day at PHC

This community event includes interactive health and safety exhibits combined with kids’ crafts, games and children’s-themed vendors. Food will be available for purchase. There will be a child identification program; heart monitoring; proper car seat and helmet safety instruction; healthy eating and portion distortion demonstrations; poison education; wellness and nutrition guidance; fire truck and fire safety demos; and informational displays on children’s mental and dental health, sleep, posture, asthma and tobacco education. There will also be games, inflatable bouncy attractions, face painting, balloon animals, a teddy bear clinic and finger casting. Win prizes in an auction of department-created kids’ treasure baskets and raffles.
