The Schoolhouse Theater welcomes Tracy Cochran Wednesday, March 4, for an hour of Mindfulness Meditation.
Mindfulness Meditation is the practice of bringing awareness to our moment-to-moment experience, learning to sense and see what is present without judgment. It is a simple way to be free from story lines that hurt and limit us, opening us to new possibilities.
Tracy Cochran has been a student of meditation and spiritual teachings for decades. She regularly teaches mindfulness meditation at the Rubin Museum of Art, the New York Insight Meditation Center, and the Hudson River Sangha in Tarrytown.
