Brewster Schools Technology Dept announces Chromebook Repair Depot and Tech Help.

 

Dear Brewster Families,

As we prepare for our learning online adventure, I want to let you know that the Technology & Innovation Department has your back and we are here to support you in the following ways:

Tech Support

Chromebook Repair Depot

If, after exhausting the above steps to fix your problem remotely, we determine that we need to physically repair your device, you will have one window weekly to drop off your broken device and pick up a loaner.

When:

  

Thursdays 10:00 AM - 12:00 PM

Where:

  

Brewster High School Horseshoe Parking Lot

What:

  
  • We will swap out any District owned device that cannot be fixed remotely and does not function to support online learning.
  • We will swap out chargers or provide loaners

Who:

  

Any student or staff

How:

  
  • Pre-register to attend by submitting a ticket 
  • Include Student Name, Grade and the Tag# (on  bottom) of device to be serviced
  • (if you already have a ticket & were directed to bring your device in, you do not need to submit another ticket) 
  • PLEASE STAY IN YOUR CAR, TECH WILL DELIVER DEVICE
  • You will be directed to Drop-off Your device on a cart at one end of the circle
  • Move up to the Pick-up station to show your ID an
