As the Brewster Central School District ushers in the month of June, They also have a new posting schedule at JFK Elementary and C.V. Starr Intermediate Schools. This collaborative decision was made among the K-5 teacher liaisons and with the involvement of both building and district-level administrators. Beginning on Monday, June 1st, classroom teachers will post on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday. Special Area teachers will post on Wednesdays.
This will allow for students to dedicate more time to the special areas, which is essential to a well-rounded education according to a district memorandum sent to parents on May 29th. Dr. Zamperlin the Principal of JFK Elementary, and Mrs. Andriello the Principal of C.V. Starr Intermediate School, will provide additional details in a separate communication to families.
