Masks Still Required on ALL trains, platforms and Terminals

Consistent with the Centers for Disease Control Guidelines, and New York and Connecticut State executive orders, face masks continue to be required regardless of your vaccination status, on all Metro-North trains, platforms and inside stations and the Terminal.

"CDC prevention measures continue to apply to all travelers, including those who are vaccinated. All travelers are required to wear a mask on all planes, buses, trains, and other forms of public transportation traveling into, within, or out of the United States and in U.S. transportation hubs such as airports and stations." Centers for Disease Control, May 13, 2021

So, what should you do if someone nearby is not wearing a mask? If you can't move to another seat or move away, please report the incident to your conductor.

If a conductor is not available, we are here to listen, through Facebook, Twitter, Whatsapp, or by phone or email.  Thank you everyone for continuing to wear a mask.
