Maxwell Greene of Brewster Among University of Scranton Student-Athletes Honored for Academic Success

Maxwell Greene of Brewster, was among 63 University of Scranton student-athletes named to the Landmark Conference Fall Academic Honor Roll. The Academic Honor Roll recognizes student-athletes who have a cumulative grade-point average of 3.2 or higher and are at least at a sophomore level academically. The conference honored 365 student-athletes on the Academic Honor Roll.

The Landmark Conference is comprised of eight like-minded institutions from the mid-Atlantic region that organize and operate intercollegiate athletic competition in a manner that recognizes the centrality of the academic mission at each institution, while embracing the idea that athletics competition is an important component of the undergraduate experience.

Greene is a junior neuroscience major on the University's men's cross country team.
