Carmel High School Students Organize Gun Reform Rally

Today on April 21st, Carmel High School students held a rally demanding a change in gun reform. This was help one day after the 19th Anniversary of the Columbine Massacre.

Almost 50 people stood outside of the Putnam County Courthouse to raise awareness for gun reform.

Sarah Smith, a former CHS student stated, "We are here today speak up about gun control and how we can regulate gun control to make things better in this county and in this country."

Anne Pozner is a Carmel High School student organizer. Ms. Pozner declared, "The students plan to work toward reform against gun violence until there are solutions. We won’t stop, we won’t get bored and we won’t give up until there is change."
