QiGong is an over 5,000 year old Chinese health method that combines slow graceful movements with mental concentration and breathing.
These postures and breathing exercises improve circulation, reduce stress, cultivate and balance chi or “life energy, and enhance the immune system! In this seminar, Dr. Kenneth Hoffman, DACM, Medical Director of SOPHIA Natural Health Center, and staff will share simple exercises that you can practice every day to improve and balance your mental and physical health.

This will be a participatory seminar - loose fitting clothes are suggested. Exercise is gentle and can be done sitting or standing, there are no restrictions, anyone can do it!
