Michael Zeilnhofer Presents The Evolution of Stars: White Dwarfs to Black Holes at the Kent Library

Michael Zeilnhofer returns to the Kent Library to give another stellar presentation about celestial objects on Tuesday, December 18 at 6:30. There are many different types of stars which have been classified in our universe. Some of these stars out in the universe are much hotter and brighter than our Sun, while some are much cooler. Different types of stars also evolve differently, from white dwarfs to black holes. Join me as we explore the cosmos to learn about how stars evolve and what our Sun will evolve into in the next 4.5 billion years! This is a family program for ages 10 and up. The Kent Library is located at 17 Sybil's Crossing off Route 52 and can be reached at (845) 225-8585 or www.kentlibrary.org.
