Ribbon Cutting at Brewster Shipping Center

John Dayrit, the new owner of Brewster Shipping Center, 12 Main Street, Brewster cut the ribbon and made it official on November 27, 2018.

Dayrit took ownership of the Shipping Center in April, from Richard Ruchala, who owned and operated the business for more than 14 years.

Assisting in the ribbon cutting was Bill Flash, President of the Brewster Chamber of Commerce and Rose Aglieco, Executive Director of the Chamber. Several members of the Chamber including Board of Directors, Kate Corsitto and Kevin Callahan were also in attendance.

Village of Brewster’s Village Clerk, Peter Hansen and Deputy Village Clerk, Michelle Chiudina and Mary Bryde, Village Trustee.

The shipping center is open Monday – Friday 9 am – 6 pm, Saturday 10 am – 2 pm.  The many services include USPS including mailbox rentals, UPS, FedEx, DHL, U-Haul, Passport photos, in addition to making keys on site. Moving supplies are also available to purchase.  They can be reached at 845 279 6634.
