Art Center announces winter session of class offerings at the Putnam Arts Council, Mahopac

Brighten up your winter with art classes at the Putnam Arts Council in Mahopac beginning the last week of January into February. Classes are designed for beginners to advanced.

All of our courses are taught by experienced, working artists & educators in our art studio spaces at the Belle Levine Art Center. Individual instruction, small classes and a nurturing environment are hallmarks of our arts educational programs. Learn techniques as you express yourself in a comfortable class setting where personal expression is supported and encouraged.

Adults are invited to try something new or return to a class you love. Improve your skills in pottery, painting, drawing, and photography while enjoying the company of fellow students at the Belle Levine Art Center, 521 Kennicut Hill Road, Mahopac.

For kids and teens look for classes including Open Studio with Instruction along with ongoing favorites including Creative Kids Clay, Fun Fridays, and Fundamentals of Drawing.

Private lessons in drawing, painting and photography are available as well as private voice lessons with Emmy nominated Kati Mac.

Enjoy our gallery exhibits during and/or after class and consider joining the Arts Council and exhibit on of your own works in our Members show this March.
