Maloney Invites Constituents to Connect Through Facebook Live and Telephone Town Halls

Yesterday afternoon, Rep. Sean Patrick Maloney (NY-18) held a Facebook Live Town Hall, and answered questions from New Yorkers about Congress’s recently passed Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security (CARES) Act, financial and food assistance programs available to New Yorkers, and ways his office can help constituents cut through government red tape.

On Thursday at 3:30 p.m., Rep. Maloney will hold a Telephone Town Hall with a caseworker from his office. Constituents are encouraged to sign up through his website to be called (link below).

Maloney’s Caseworkers Can Help New Yorkers Cut Through Government Red Tape:

Rep. Maloney’s office has a team of dedicated staff trained to help New Yorkers in the Hudson Valley who need assistance cutting through government red tape. Rep. Maloney’s office can help with issues like:

  •   Accessing SNAP Benefits and nutrition assistance programs

  •   Getting help from the State Department for international travelers
  •   Applying for a Disaster or Emergency Loan from the Small Business Association
  •   Working with state and county governments
