The Village of Brewster has issued a Declaration of Local Emergency in response to Governor Cuomo’s newest easement on restrictions for outdoor dining, allowing for the temporary suspension of restriction on districts to allow outdoor dining.
A temporary outdoor dining permit may be obtained after the applicant has submitted a site plan and an owner’s consent form (if applicable) to the Village of Brewster Building Department.
