School Board to discuss open Board of Trustees position at a special meeting on June 30th

The Brewster School District's Board of Education will hold a special workshop meeting on Tuesday, June 30, 2020. The topic of the meeting will be the open seat on the board vacated when Trustee Krista Berardi resigned her seat on June 12th after questions regarding her character arose due to, what the public perceived, as offensive Facebook posts she made in May and early June.

Glenn Niles, who currently is a Trustee, was not re-elected earlier this month and is set to leave the Board on June 30th. He was offered an appointment to Berardi's seat by the Board last week but he has turned down the offer for personal reasons.

The public may take part in the virtual Zoom meeting or join as a view-only participant by following the instructions provided below.

meeting’s agenda. To assist with managing the situation and while they are using the Zoom
platform, no public exchange will occur through the live feed. The public may send follow up meeting comments or questions to BOE@brewsterschools.org.

All meetings will continue to be recorded for future viewing through our District website.
