Public Presentations on the Brewster Library Expansion and Renovation Project

There will be two opportunities for residents of the Town of Southeast to learn more about the proposed referendum by the Brewster Public Library Board of Trustees to modernize and expand their facility located at 79 Main Street. The proposition, if passed, would authorize the Town to borrow the sum necessary to fund the project.  A public presentation will be given at the Town of Southeast Board Meeting, at Southeast Town Hall, 1360 Route 22, on Thursday, October 5th at 7:00pm and at the Brewster Library, 79 Main Street, on Thursday, October 19th at 10:00am.  The library is working with the architectural firm of Butler, Rowland and Mays, and they will be present to answer questions.  Southeast residents are encouraged to attend one or both of these sessions in order to make an informed decision about the proposition that will be on the ballot in November.
