Review And Needs Ascertainment For Existing Cable Franchise In The Village Of Brewster

                              PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Board of Trustees of the Village of Brewster is currently considering the renewal of the Cable Television License in the Village of Brewster, and will hold a public hearing to provide the residents and taxpayers of the Village of Brewster an opportunity to be heard in order to review the performance and service of the existing cable television provider and to ascertain the needs of the community with respect to the renewal of the Cable Television License for the Village of Brewster; 

                              NOW THEREFORE, pursuant to Part 891 of the Rules and Regulations of the New York State Public Service Commission (16 NYCRR Part 891), the Board of Trustees of the Village of Brewster, New York will hold a public hearing on the aforesaid at the Village Hall, 50 Main Street, Brewster, New York 10509 on May 2, 2018 at 7:30 p.m. in the evening of that day at which time all persons interested therein shall be heard.  The Board of Trustees will make every effort to assure that the hearing is accessible to individuals with disabilities.  Anyone requiring special assistance and/or reasonable accommodations should contact the Village Clerk.
