PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Planning Board of the Village of Brewster will hold a Public Hearing for Site Plan Review  as well as a public hearing for all matters related to New York State Environmental Quality Review on January 8, 2019 at 7:30 PM or as soon thereafter as practicable at Village Hall, 50 Main Street, Brewster, NY 10509, for site plan application of Brewster Library, 79 Main Street, Brewster NY 10509; - S.B.L. No. 67.34-2-46 & 67.34-2-47.  Plans are on file in the office of the Village Clerk at least 5 days in advance of the Public Hearing and available for inspection.   The Public Hearing will be followed by a Regular Meeting.

Anyone wishing to be heard may do so as time permits.  The Village of Brewster will make every effort to assure that the hearing is accessible to persons with disabilities.  Anyone requiring special assistance and /or reasonable accommodations should contact the Village Clerk.
