VILLAGE OF BREWSTER

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that pursuant to Village Code §182-1(P) et seq. the Planning Board of the Village of Brewster will hold a Public Hearing for all matters related to New York State Environmental Quality Review on APRIL 23, 2019 at 7:30 PM or as soon thereafter as practicable at Village Hall, 50 Main Street, Brewster, NY 10509, for the application of the construction of a new 12 Dwelling Unit Residential Structure and appurtenances on the property located at 530 N. Main Street, Brewster NY 10509; - S.B.L. No. 56.82-1-47.  Plans are on file in the office of the Village Clerk at least 5 days in advance of the Public Hearing and available for inspection.   The Public Hearing will be followed by a Regular Meeting.

1- 530 N Main: Resume and conclude public hearing including SEQR finding.

2-530 N Main:  Consider Site Plan for approval.

3- Examine/amend/approve Minutes of March meeting.
