On June 17, 2019, the New York State Police from the Brewster barracks arrested Dulvin E. Andres Ovalle, age 19, of Brewster, for Rape in the 2nd degree, Disseminating Indecent Material to Minors in the 1st degree, both class D felonies, and Endangering the Welfare of a Child, a class A misdemeanor.
After being alerted by parents, Investigators determined Andres Ovalle raped a victim known to him who was under the age of fifteen years. Andres Ovalle additionally sent indecent material to the cell phone of the victim.
Andres Ovalle was arraigned before the village of Brewster Court, and remanded by the Honorable Judge O’Rourke to the Putnam County Jail in lieu of $10,000 cash bail or $20,000 secure bond. Andres Ovalle is next scheduled to appear before the Court on June 21, 2019, at 10:30 a.m.
