State Police in Troop K remove eighteen impaired drivers from the public roadways during the October 19, 2019, weekend

The New York State pPolice report that Troop K members removed 18 impaired drivers from our roadways last weekend. Below are several defendants with ties to the area or were arrested for suspicion of driving while impaired on area roadways. All defendants are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

On October 19, 2019, State Police from SP Brewster arrested Raymond A. D’Onofrio, age 25, of Southeast, NY, for DWI.  He was traveling on Interstate 684 in the town of Southeast, when he was stopped for a violation of the vehicle and traffic law.  Investigation revealed he was under the influence of alcohol, and was subsequently arrested.

On October 20, 2019, State Police from SP Somers arrested Toni M. Dozier, age 65, of Lewisboro, NY, for DWI.  She was traveling on Interstate 684 in the town of Bedford, when she was stopped for a violation of the vehicle and traffic law.  Investigation revealed she was under the influence of alcohol, and was subsequently arrested.

On October 20, 2019, State Police from SP Somers arrested Shakiem T. Moore, age 26, of Waterbury, CT, for DWI.  He was traveling on Interstate 684 in the town of Bedford, when he was stopped for a violation of the vehicle and traffic law.  Investigation revealed he was under the influence of alcohol, and was subsequently arrested.

On October 21, 2019, State Police from SP Somers arrested Jake R. Federico, age 24, of Putnam Valley, NY, for DWI.  He was traveling on Tomohawk Street in the town of Carmel, when he was stopped for a violation of the vehicle and traffic law.  Investigation revealed he was under the influence of alcohol, and was subsequently arrested.On October 21, 2019, State Police from SP Brewster arrested Kevin M. Davis, age 30, of Detroit, MI, for DWI.  He was traveling on North Main Street in the village of Brewster, when he was stopped for a violation of the vehicle and traffic law.  Investigation revealed he was under the influence of alcohol, and was subsequently arrested.
