Putnam County Dept. of Health offer free Flu Vaccine Clinics for Students and Staff of Brewster Schools

This year, the Putnam County Health Department will offer a FREE flu shot to all students and staff in the Brewster Central School District. Clinics will be offered on the following dates and times:

Thursday, October 14, 2021 :

Brewster High School - 8:30 a m - 11:3 0 am.

JFK Elementary School - 1:00 pm - 2:30 pm.

Friday, October 15, 2021:

CV Starr Intermediate School - 9:00 am - 11:30 am.

HH Wells Middle School - 12:00 pm - 2:00 pm.

Only the staff and students of the Brewster Central School District may be vaccinated at these clinics.

Consider taking advantage of the flu clinic, as the health and safety of our students is important to all of us.

Registration is required!!

If you wish to enroll your child, please complete the forms and return them to your child's school nurse by Friday, October 8, 2021.

Unfortunately, ‘walk-ins’ cannot be accommodated. This includes all staff and students.
