The New York Blood Center has declared a blood emergency because of an alarming shortage in the blood supply. This is due in part to the recent storms that hit the area.
Please join the members of the Knights of Columbus, Driscoll Lodge of the FOP, the FDNY, and the Putnam County Bureau of Emergency Service at the Daniel O'Brien VFW Hall, Carmel on FRIDAY, JUNE 29th, from 2:00 till 8:00pm.
