Registration Open for 9th Annual Step UP For The Brave Challenge

Step up to honor our brave service men and women at Homes for the Brave’s 9th Annual Step UP For The Brave Challenge at Total Mortgage Arena on Saturday, August 26. This fun fitness event raises critical funds for Connecticut’s Veterans experiencing homelessness.

Participants may choose from a variety of fitness options. A Climbing Challenge allows entrants to test their endurance by climbing 500 arena stairs per round following a guided route. A non-competitive Walking Challenge and Running Challenge are also offered, following a specially-designed indoor course.  Those unable to attend the event may participate in the Step UP for the Brave 40,000 Step Challenge virtually through August 30.

“Individuals, friends, families, and corporate teams are all encouraged to join in the fun for a great cause,” said Vince Santilli, CEO/Executive Director of Homes for the Brave. “Please sign up today to participate in our signature fundraiser and make a difference in the lives of Veterans who need our help.”
