Four questions with Nicole Paul, founder of UniCole ARTistry
Why did you start your business?
Motherhood... Once I had my children I did not want to return to work. I wanted to remain home to raise my children. Motherhood awakened my entrepreneurial spirit and motivated me to start a business so that I could live off my talent/gift.
Best selling product or service?
My best-selling product/service is my Sip & Paint Parties, children's Art/Paint parties, private/group art lessons, and the selling of my artwork.
How many local businesses do you use to support your business (products and services) and can you name them?
I use the [Bridgeport] Lbrary, the Church, After School Programs, OIC, Captain's Cove, and word of mouth.
Have you reimagined your small business?
Yes... I imagine myself expanding and possibly having another shop so I can service more people.
