Why Small Businesses Matter in Bridgeport: My beauty beats

Why Small Businesses Matter

Shop small, do big things for your community

Why Small Businesses Matter puts a spotlight on the local merchants who donate their time, talent, goods, and services for the betterment of our community. The shop local movement spreads virally as local businesses who are “tagged” have the opportunity to share their story!

You're IT My beauty beats!

Three questions with Andrea L. Arroyo, founder of My beauty beats.

Why did you start your business?

I started my business because I wanted to make women's cosmetics and accessories affordable for women on a limited budget. Beauty should not have to be expensive!

What is your best-selling product/service?

My best-selling products are eyelid paint and the 18 piece pedicure kits.

How many local businesses do you use to support your business (products and services) and can you name them?

I have a virtual business address through Qwikpack, I utilize Staples for mailings, my local Walgreens or shipping supplies, and USPS to ship.

Andrea would like to nominate Qwikpack to be featured next!
