Why did you start your business?
I started J.A.E.L.A.H.'S Auto Detailing because I have always enjoyed caring for my vehicle since I owned one at 21. Then I had children...and the mess they always make in the car had me working extra hard. I then realized there are so many that don't have time to clean there and bring it to car washes that don't clean thoroughly or do more damaging than helping to their vehicle.
What is your best-selling product/service?
My best and most popular service is interior detailing service.
How many local businesses do you use to support your business (products and services) and can you name them?
I use Chemical Guys, Home Depot, Advance Auto Parts, Autozone, and O'Rielly's.
Have you "reimagined" your small business?
I like to think that I have exceptional customer service. I love to have a rapport with my customers. The conversations are the best part of my business.
