A grand opening ribbon cutting ceremony was held on August 20th at the new restaurant Hacienda Don Manuel, 265 Federal Road, Brookfield with State Representative Steve Harding (2nd from left) and Brookfield’s First Selectman, Bill Tinsley,(5th from left) officiating. The event was hosted by the Brookfield Chamber of Commerce.
The new Mexican restaurant is one of many new establishments opening up in Brookfield in recent months. The new owners of Hacienda Don Manuel are Zayra Sanchez and Edgar Romero.
