Brookfield Chosen for New World Headquarters
Brookfield has been selected as the new world headquarters for a division of a Fortune 500 company. After many months of negotiations, they will construct a $53 million, 140,000-square-foot building in Berkshire Corporate Park. We estimate that this development will generate approximately $1.2 million annually in new taxes.
