Catherine Violet Hubbard Animal Sanctuary to be Surprised with Petco Love Stories Grant During Local Celebration on December 16

 National nonprofit Petco Love, in partnership with BOBS from Skechers, invited adopters to share how their pet has changed their life to give the organization they adopted from a chance to receive a lifesaving grant in the Petco Love Stories campaign.

 Judy Thomas’ story was selected as one of 100 national winners from thousands of submissions to help Catherine Violet Hubbard Animal Sanctuary earn a grant from Petco Love. 

On December 16th at 10am at Petco in Brookfield you are invited to celebrate the impact of Catherine Violet Hubbard Animal Sanctuary and the love stories they’ve helped to create between adopted pets and their owners.

The Catherine Violet Hubbard Animal Sanctuary enriches the lives of all beings by promoting compassion and acceptance. By honoring the bond between animals, humans and the environment, the mission is to creating a kinder and gentler world for all. The sanctuary honors the memory of six-year-old Catherine, a kind and compassionate animal lover who lost her life at Sandy Hook Elementary on December 14th 2012. To continue her crusade of compassion, the CVH Animal Sanctuary is being created in Newtown, CT – a place where all creatures will know they are safe and people are kind.
