Other People's Money opens Friday at Brookfield Theatre

Is it a Takeover or a Takedown? “Other People’s Money” opens April 27

Larry Garfinkle is a man of dollars and sense. “Larry the Liquidator” as he’s known, has made a fortune acquiring vulnerable companies through hostile takeovers. He has the savvy and the sense to target his next victim - New England Wire & Cable. But will it be a takeover or a takedown of this financial shark?

Beginning Friday evening April 27, Brookfield Theatre presents the compelling comedy/drama, “Other People’s Money” by Jerry Sterner - a fascinating look into a world where stock prices are manipulated as readily as people’s lives.

Directed by retired professional Don Bovingloh, Other People’s Money stars Gillian Holt Bailey as Kate Sullivan, Al Bhatt as “Larry the Liquidator” Garfinkle, Rick Haylon as William Coles, David Halliwell as Andrew “Jorgy” Jorgensen and Monica O’Brien as Bea Sullivan. The show is stage managed by Anne Gardner and produced by Lou Okell.

A free preview performance for senior citizens will be held on April 26th at 8 pm.

Other People’s Money runs April 27  to May 23 on Friday and Saturday nights at 8 pm with matinees on Sunday, April 29th and May 5th at 2 pm.
