Brookfield Library Presents Under One Sky: A Song & Story Celebration For All Ages on Sunday, November 18 beginning at 3:00 pm.
Under One Sky is a multi-cultural program of stories and songs that span two continents, celebrating diversity and community with material from Latin-America, Ireland, Poland, Vietnam and more. Be prepared to sing, move and dance, especially to the closing song, La Bamba. There will also be a short lesson on how to play the musical spoons and an appearance by a dancing wooden dog named Bingo.
Davis Bates and Roger Tincknell have over eight decades of combined experience performing for families. They are known for their humor, strong vocal harmonies and for their warm and participatory performing style. Both have received Parents Choice awards for their music and storytelling albums.
