Brookfield Library Announces One Town, One Read Book: Afterlife by Julia Alvarez

Brookfield Library is excited to announce that this year's One Town, One Read book is "Afterlife" by Julia Alvarez. The Library will also be offering a youth companion book "Return to Sender" by Julia Alvarez, for ages 10 and up.

One Town, One Read (OTOR) is a town-wide reading program with the goal of building community spirit through a shared reading experience by encouraging everyone in town to read the same book. We will be providing a book giveaway of 200 signed copies of "Afterlife," as well as 100 signed copies of "Return to Sender." If you are interested in receiving a free copy, you can sign up through the links below.

Books will be given out first come, first served. There is a limit of one copy of each book per person. Those who receive a free copy will be able to pick it up starting on Wednesday, April 7th.
