Brookfield Poet Laureate Atom Rush Leads Poetry Discussion on April 12

April is National Poetry Month! Brookfield Poet Laureate Atom Rush is helping us celebrate by leading a poetry discussion group on April 12 at 6:30 p.m.
 
 
His topic is poets who wrote famous novels: Emily Brontë, Herman Melville, and Alice Walker. The poems to be discussed are: “Ah! Why, Because the Dazzling Sun” by Emily Brontë; “The House-Top: A Night Piece” by Herman Melville; and “Expect Nothing” by Alice Walker.
